Spectral fluctuations for the multi-dimensional Anderson model

In this paper, we examine fluctuations of polynomial linear statistics for the Anderson model on $\mathbb{Z}^d$ any potential with finite moments. We prove that if normalized by square root size truncated operator, these converge to a Gaussian limit. For vast majority potentials and polynomials, show variance limiting distribution is strictly positive, classify in full rare cases which does not happen.
